Pricing Policy

  1. 1. Registration Charges for 1 Day is INR 500.
  2. 2. Registration Charges for 2 Days is INR 750.

Refund & Cancellation Policies

  1. 1. Delegate registration can be done only through
  2. 2. After Successful payment delegates will receive confirmation and delegate pass on the registered mail ID.
  3. 3. Please carry the print out of delegate pass received after payment for hassle free entry in conference area.
  4. 4. Any delegate wishing to cancel their booking must notify on
  5. 5. 50% of registration amount is refundable if booking is canceled prior to 1 month of conference starts
  6. 6. In case of Booking cancellation Less than 4 weeks organizer is libel to pay Zero refund of registration fee
  7. 7. In case of- Non-arrival at the time of conference due to any circumstances organizer is libel to pay Zero refund of registration fee
  8. 8. Organizer can use the contact details and provided information by delegate for further promotion of show or products
  9. 9. Conference is organized by Swastik Prjects Lucknow
  10. 10. LIABILITY Views expressed by speakers, sponsors and/or exhibitors are their own
  11. 11. GENERAL We reserve the right at all time to change, amend, add or remove any of the above terms without prior notice If one or more of the conditions outlined in these Terms & Conditions should be or become invalid, the remaining conditions will continue to be valid and apply. These Terms & Conditions apply to all participants, delegate of this event, including speakers, sponsors and exhibitors.
  12. 12. In the unlikely event of the programme being cancelled or postponed by the organiser, a full refund will be made. Liability will be limited to the amount of the fee paid by the delegate and there will not be any additional liability to the organizer.
